WORKFORCE POLICY

AIWP works at the state and federal levels to ensure that Iowa has quality comprehensive workforce services available to meet the training, education, and job placement needs of workers. AIWP develops an annual list of priorities designed to enhance workforce services provided through Promise Jobs, the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Future Ready Iowa, and other state and federal programs and initiatives.
